IT’S BACK!!  MARDI GRAS HOG DINNER & MEAT RAFFLE

Join us for an exciting evening filled with local food, beer and an old-school meat raffle benefitting Dixon Station, a Poudre Valley Community Farms  property and a conservation project of Colorado Open Lands Thursday, February 28th.

5:30-6:00 with cocktail hour*.

6:00 pm: Family Style Dinner paired with Horse & Dragon Brewing beer begins.

  • Crawfish Boil paired with Fire Captain Irish Red Ale

  • Citrus Salad paired with Puck Drop Cherry Kettle Sour

  • Savory King Cake paired with Whistle Blast Honey Brown

  • Jodar Farms Pork Chop paired with Adventure On IPA

  • Beignets paired Dragon Fire Imperial Stout

8:00 pm-ish: The Meat Raffle begins! Your ticket price includes one raffle ticket (presented at the event check-in).

Each raffle ticket is a $10 donation towards a conservation easement for Dixon Station. Additional tickets/entries into the raffle can be purchased at the event.

During the raffle, the auctioneer will auction off parcels of different cuts of meat; these are a surprise and have been generously supplied by Elevation Beef and Jodar Farms

Fun fact: Horse & Dragon provides their spent grain to Jodar Farms for their pigs.
